Each box contains 10 pounds of a seasonal variety of three to four of our hand-cut Day Boat Seafood species (Albacore, Black Cod, Halibut, Ling Cod, Petrale Sole and Rockfish) quick-frozen and vacuum-sealed to protect its pristine quality. That's approximately 13 individually packaged, quick-frozen (12-ounce) fillets, or 28 servings.
