CRAB CAKES: Hand-formed from premium, Pacific Northwest-caught Dungeness crab meat, our signature crab cakes are bound with a touch of mayonnaise and panko bread crumbs, and lightly seasoned with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Pan fry them in a bit of butter, olive oil or a combination, and serve with your sauce of choice. We like a traditional tartar sauce, or a drizzle of brown butter and a lemon wedge.

WHOLE COOKED CRAB: Premium, Pacific Northwest-caught whole Dungeness crab, cooked to order. One crab is approximately 2 pounds.
