Tre-Fin fishes local waters for healthy stocks only, meaning the fish replenish at the rate they're caught. Our business model is founded on practices and principles that are better for fishers and fisheries, the environment and eaters. Through a supply chain that is completely transparent and that we alone control (because we're fishers, processors and distributors, all in one), we can account for the journey of the seafood we catch from the water to your table.
As we grow (most recently with the construction of a new processing facility with a retail outlet) our goals remain the same: To increase awareness around frozen fish and why it's better; to increase wages for fishers; to use technology to create even greater transparency and traceability around our catch and methods; to help consumers understand that maintaining fish populations is NOT about stopping all consumption of fish--it's about choosing carefully and understanding how small fishers are helping to rebuild overfished or collapsed native fisheries.

Our catch – employees can take home Tre-Fin products at cost, for themselves and their immediate household.
All positions include paid sick leave (one hour for every 40 hours worked) and end of season bonuses.
