Wild Caught, PNW Lingcod, four times/year!
Fisher fave Lingcod packs high nutrition with meaty, clean tasting fillets that are considered one of the best eating fish on the West Coast.
Neither a ling nor a cod (in the greenling family), these feisty hunters live in deep cold waters along the West Coast of the United States. They eat well: sometimes even eating salmon whole! Boasting healthy and abundant populations, Lingcod is certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council and rated a "Best Choice" by Seafood Watch.
Lingcod is versatile but excels in grilling, baking, and pan-frying. Nutritionally, Lingcod is low in fat and high in protein, providing about twice as much protein as wild King Salmon. Moreover, Lingcod is rich in Omega-3, offering twice as much as Atlantic Cod. Lingcod is also one of the best food sources of Phosphorous, Potassium and Selenium.
This distinctive white fish has a mild, slightly sweet flavor, and thick fillets with a firm texture and large, moist flakes. All fillets cook to white but sometimes have a blue-green hue.
We go out and fish off the Oregon & WA coast to bring back high quality fish that we process ourselves to preserve peak nutrition. Our seafood is hand cut, hand packed, vacuum sealed & flash frozen at our headquarters in Ilwaco, and we distribute it ourselves directly to you.

Health experts generally recommend eating at least 8 ounces (2 - 3 servings) of fish per week. ...fishing experts like us prefer eating our nutrition over those weird orange vitamins!
