So far, we've sold out of this dip every time we've had it at the Manzanita Farmer's Market. Locals know what's up! This delicious dip is somehow magically decadent yet not too rich at the same time.
This dip can also be used as a spread, and while it pairs well with just about everything, we recommend having it Manzanita style: with some crisp crackers and a Willamette Valley Rose down at the beach at sunset.
We're not sure if it's the nutrition from the fish or the association, but some say that dipping into a couple of bites can help you get your zen back in stressful moments.
