Wild Caught, Pacific Albacore Tuna, four times/year!
Same day catch: we’re one of the only commercial fisheries who can make this claim. It’s difficult to pull off, but it’s a key part of our little shakeup of the fishing industry. And it’s critical in providing the freshest, highest-quality fish imaginable.
Wild PNW Albacore is remarkable: not only is it delicious and easy to cook, but it delivers so many important nutritional benefits, most notably very high levels of Omega-3s.
A single serving of our albacore provides more than four times the recommended amount of omega 3s, EPA and DHA. We primarily catch younger albacore, typically between 2 and 5 years old, using hook and line fishing methods.
We go out and fish off the Oregon & WA coast to bring back high quality fish that we process ourselves to preserve peak nutrition. Our seafood is hand cut, hand packed, vacuum sealed & flash frozen at our headquarters in Ilwaco, and we distribute it ourselves directly to you.
A full, share contains approximately 10 lbs consisting of about 14 individually hand packed, vacuum sealed, flash frozen 12-ounce loins, or the equivalent of 21 servings. A half share amounts to about 5 pounds of frozen fish, approximately 7 portions.
Health experts generally recommend eating at least 8 ounces (2 - 3 servings) of fish per week. ...fishing experts like us prefer eating our nutrition over those weird orange vitamins!
